Due to the fact that we are a small brick and mortar style boutique, product quantities may vary. What this means is that items may be in the process of being sold at the same time you are making your online selection. If the item you have purchased is no longer in stock, we will contact you to either help you choose an alternative, place your selection on back order or refund your purchase entirely.
IN STORE PICK-UP
Orders may be placed on-line with the option of "in store pick-up" at checkout. You will receive two e-mails. The first one will be to confirm your order, the second will be to inform you that your order is ready for pick-up. Please make sure you have received an e-mail that your order is ready for pick-up before coming to the store. Remember to check your junk mail if you believe you should have received an email but did not prior to contacting us.
All orders placed before 12:00 p.m. MDT (Tuesday to Saturday) will be ready for pick-up the following day. Orders placed on Monday will be available for pick up Tuesday.

LOCAL DELIVERY (WITHIN CITY LIMITS OF CRANBROOK, BC)
We offer local delivery purchases valued at $50.00 (before tax) or more within the City of Cranbrook BC for a nominal fee of $5.oo which will be added to your total at check out. (Gift card purchases do not qualifty towards local delivery.) Local deliveries are scheduled for every Wednesday. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. You will be required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
DELIVERIES BEYOND CITY OF CRANBROOK
Currently, we offer shipping to British Columbia and Alberta. We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 (before tax). Gift card purchases do not qualify towards free shipping. Oversized items such as clocks & paintings are subject to a shipping fee & free shipping is not applicable.
Online purchases outside the City of Cranbrook that do not qualify for free shipping are charged a flat delivery fee of $20.00 and are sent by Canada Post within 48 business hours. **Surcharges may be applicable or cancellation of your order may be necessary if you are shipping to a remote area. In this case, you will be contacted via phone or e-mail.

BACKORDERS AND MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Based on product availability, we may ship your order in multiple shipments to ensure you receive your order as promptly as possible. In this instance, you will not be charged additional shipping fees.
REFUND OF GOODS
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item/s show signs of damage or use of any kind. Your items must be packaged securely and include a copy of the original receipt.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping and package tracking is the responsibility of the consumer. Please contact us at [email protected] for a return authorization prior to returning items/s.
